Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on the actual average cost to ship within Australia. Shipping costs are determined by two methods: Volume Weight and Actual Weight. The majority of our items are shipped based on Volume Weight.

Large Orders (Over 5kg)
For orders over 5kg shipping to Australian metro areas, please contact us before completing your purchase for an accurate shipping quote. Once your order is placed, the shipping fee is final and cannot be altered.

Flat rate shipping Australia wide $9.95
For Australian orders only, we offer flat rate shipping Australia wide.

International Shipping (Excludes Australia)

Shipping Rates
International shipping rates are based on the actual average cost to ship worldwide. Due to high international shipping costs, Shipping fees can not be altered. Shipping fees are calculated based on Volume Weight and Actual Weight, with the majority of our items shipped using Volume Weight.

Important Notice for International Buyers
Global shipping from Australia can be expensive. Once an international order is placed, the shipping cost is final and cannot be modified.

Returns Policy

Online Orders

Returns
Items purchased online may be returned only if they are deemed faulty within 48 hours of receiving the item(s).

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind on online orders, including incorrect size selections. Please refer to the measurements provided in the product description to ensure the correct choice.

Sales and Clearance
No refund or returns available on sales or clearance items.

In-Store Purchases (Face-to-Face Orders)

Returns
Items purchased in-store may be returned if found faulty within 48 hours of purchase.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Exclusions
Certain items, such as perishable goods, gift cards, and downloadable software, are exempt from returns or exchanges unless they are deemed faulty.

Faulty Items

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us immediately with details of the product and the issue. Upon inspection and verification of the fault, we will provide instructions for returning or exchanging the item. Excludes Sales and Clearance items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days depending on the original payment method.
